Due to the increasing volume of no shows that we have been receiving we will be updating our cancellation policy effective immediately. This post is not intended to offend or come across as rude. We simply want to educate everyone about how our business operates.
Our barbers show up every day ready to make you look and feel your best. All we ask is that you show us the same respect by showing up to your appointment. We are paid on a commission basis , meaning we are NOT making money when we are not cutting hair. We have many people trying to book that slot you reserved but refuse them because that is your slot. So when you don’t show up, we are simply out that money. You can appreciate that this becomes very frustrating after we’ve had 4 or 5 no shows in a day and a waitlist of people that would be more than happy to take those appointments.
Life is busy and things come up. We get it. All we are asking is that you give us 12 hours notice to cancel the booking.

• Cancel your appointment yourself on our online booking system.
Please do not send us dms on social media as we may not see them in time.
There will be a fee of 50% of the service cost for all first time no shows. A second no show will result in a full cost fee and you will be blocked from booking appointments in the future and only able to do walk ins (which we only have limited availability on any given day).
